The Joint Care Center

An Enhanced Approach to Joint Care

The Joint Care Center at Englewood Community Hospital is a new alternative to traditional joint replacement surgery. Our philosophy focuses on wellness. Our patients are active participants in a unique treatment model that begins at diagnosis in the surgeon’s office and continues with treatment in the Joint Care Center and later at the patient’s home.

Joint Care Team

The Joint Care Team is composed of an interdisciplinary team of professionals including:

  • Skilled Orthopedic Surgeons and Anesthesiologists
  • Specially trained staff
  • Rehabilitation therapists
  • Case managers
  • Dietitians
  • Laboratory, Radiology, and Pharmacy staff

Pre-Op Joint Replacement Class

Englewood Community Hospital is please to offer this informative class on a monthly basis. Learn more about your hip or knee replacement procedure and openly discuss pre/post-op concerns with licensed clinicians.

The class is held the first Thursday of each month from 2-4pm in the Administrative Conference Room at 700 Medical Blvd, Englewood FL 34223.
